Property was very clean and we enjoyed the coffee bar each morning. Kitchen looks to have been recently renovated. Location was ok. Was nice to have the family together vs having separate hotel rooms.

We stayed here two nights with my kids and sister in law for the Boilermaker race. My wife and I were both running and it was a few blocks from the starting line. Very clean place with modern amenities. Spacious and comfortable. We were pretty much only there to sleep, but it's on a quiet street and pretty close to everything. Roger is great at communicating and replies in a very timely manner.

Very nice space

The place was very nice and although it is on a main road, it was quiet. Highly recommend.

Cornhole stay

Nice place. Only thing I didn't like it was that it was up on the 2nd floor and wasn't advertised as that. Nice place though.

Great place to stay in a great location.

The apartment was perfect for my family and me. Perfectly located near my Dad’s home. Spacious, clean, modern, well-equipped. Loved being near the park too. Walked there daily. Also used the wonderful outdoor porch daily. And renter was very responsive and friendly when I contacted them of anything. Recommend this place to anyone.

Overnight astay

Very nice 3 bedroom rental with large living room, dining room and functional kitchen. Beds are very comfortable. Only improvements would be an additional bathroom and a safety bar in the bathroom tub. The price was very reasonable.

Lovely space! The couch is so comfortable and can seat many people, the bedrooms are all nice, the mattresses themselves aren’t the most comfortable but they certainly arent bad, I can’t complain for the price and number of beds. Very nice location and easy check in process, host was super accommodating and communicative. The shower is super interesting, it has something like 5 potential streams and is honestly quite confusing on which knobs to turn to make it do what, I did enjoy it but you may struggle with how to operate it! Everyone at my small gathering loved the place, if the occasion arose I would love to book here again!

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area.

Conveniently located near all of the activities Utica and the Mohawk Valley has to offer. Easy access to local highways. Wonderful dining options nearby. The apartment is located on the second floor, The AC seemed overwhelmed a couple of nights. Apartment offers many nice items, coffee maker, tea kettle, large screen TVs, large bathroom (only one bathroom may be a problem for larger groups). Hosts were excellent and very responsive. They included recommended activities, interests, and restaurants. Overall, a wonderful stay.

The house is spacious, clean and lots of natural light. The porch was a great place to relax. The couch is very large and comfortable. The reason for less than 5 is the mattresses. Every room has very thin and uncomfortable mattresses. They are also low to the ground. Other than that the place is great!
