Featuring seating for at least 10 people comfortably with an unobstructed view of the ocean, the balcony is huge and certainly a crowd pleaser. Also enjoy easy, quick access to the resort's sparkling pools and hot tub, which is within a stone's throw of your condo. Enjoy the beachy bright decor of this 2-bedroom 2 full bath condo in the heart of Port Aransas, just a short drive to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. This condo also offers extra beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, beach toys for the kids, and plenty of comforts of home. The condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start-up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets, and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed, please visit the front desk.

Great vacation
Loved the location to the beach. Two swimming pools and hot tubs with one pool heated which was great. The room is nice and has everything you need, the best part was the view in the morning and evenings.

Nice view, big deck. Very evident that place had not been occupied for quite some time. Strong musty smell coupled with black water coming from the taps. Black water accompanied by strong Sulphur smell. Facility management were quick to resolve the water smell. Owners appear to be hands off: deck door does not lock and looked to have been that way for some time, Internet access was wrong and needed facility management involvement, furnishings quite dated and well worn. In summary: Over priced and disappointing.
