Relax and enjoy the sound of the creek while you sit on the spacious deck. This two story custom home has two master bedrooms with king size beds, private bathrooms and a twin rollaway bed. Hardwood floors, full kitchen, beautiful deck with rocking chairs, porch swing, tv, gas grill, fire pit and deck heater for those chilly nights. This home sits on a secluded mountain side just a few miles from the town Sylva, Western Carolina University. 20 minutes from Bryson City, Cherokee, Waynesville and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Spectacular fly fishing, tubing and kayaking in the Tuckasegee River, plenty of hiking, WCU Sports or explore beautiful downtown Sylva.
Internet can be spotty at times due to the location.
No smoking allowed- If evidence of smoking is found, there will be an immediate charge of no less than $250.00.
No pets are allowed at this property. There will be an automatic charge of $250 if an undeclared pet is found in the rental.
Violations of Maximum Occupancy will result in an additional charge of $75 per extra person, per night plus applicable taxes representing liquidated damages, or eviction of Tenants with no refunds provided.
No parties.
Please be aware that stained linens will incur a $10 per towel charge. Makeup rags are available in the bathrooms as an alternative.
Guest will be required to sign the Property Managements Rental Agreement

This place is objectively the cleanest, most pleasant, comfortable, and welcoming place I have stayed in the area. WCU visit

We stayed for the weekend to attend our daughter’s graduation from WCU. It was a lovely home. It was very clean and accommodating. WiFi was a little spotty but we knew that before staying there.

Great little cabin with close proximity to WCU and other area attractions

We came to the area to bring our son to camp at WCU and stayed in this precious cabin. The pictures online accurately reflect the cabin and it was perfect. The decor warm and cozy and very clean. It was perfect for our trip. We did several day trips to the Blue Ridge Parkway and explored the little towns in Jackson County. It was also nice that the host had a rack of pamphlets and brochures about the surrounding areas as we ended up using some of this information to plan meals and excursions. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and peaceful

This property is excellent for a couple or other adults with a king bed in each bedroom. Pictures were very accurate. The steep stairs to upstairs bedrooms could be issue if you have knee trouble. Kitchen is great but missing some things you might want to bring- regular coffee maker and blender. The house was spotless- very clean! Nice having washer/dryer on site. The covered deck is a peaceful place to sit and enjoy nature sounds. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Communication was easy and quick responses!
