Situated just beyond the lake, the owners and guests have access to a private beach on the emerald waters of Blue Mt. Beach.
A first floor unit, #1116 has a relaxing vibe and beautifully marries the coastal neutrals with designer elegance. You and your guests will be soothed esthetically the moment you walk into the unit. There is room for everyone to unwind in the spacious living area, to enjoy each others company as you prepare a meal or plate the take-out in the kitchen, and all will make memories on the balcony with the inviting view of the pools and the designer landscape!

Granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, stainless steal appliances, fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking essentials, Smart TV in the living area, designer furnishings throughout, ample seating for all meals, lounge chairs and bar height table and chairs on the patio, and a full laundry room with an industrial sink.
The master suite features a king bed with a Smart TV, private door to the patio, and a large en-suite bathroom with travertine tile in the walk-in shower. There is also a jetted tub and a double vanity.
The second bedroom provides guests with another king bed, Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom is perfectly designed with 2 sets of twin bunk beds, tv, and en-suite bathroom. Perfect for the kids!
Access to the Beach:
Sanctuary at Redfish has as unique way to access the private beach. A boat taxi takes our owners and guests on a short ride across Big Redfish Lake to the beach. The pontoon boat ride takes about 5 minutes and is always a highlight of your time at Sanctuary at Redfish! The boat runs seasonally from March 1 - December 1 beginning at 9:00am. (End times vary with the season.) You can also enjoy a leisurely stroll on the private boardwalk that is across from The Preserve, this takes about 15-20 minutes to walk. The public beach access is also an option and open year round.
When you arrive to the gorgeous emerald green waters of Blue Mt. Beach you will find 2 chairs and an umbrella are provided for you during your stay! Additional chairs and umbrellas can be rented through La Dolce Vita.
Other Highlights of Sanctuary at Redfish:
When you are ready to rinse off the sand, there are bathrooms with an outdoor shower at the pool deck. There are 4 pools and 2 hot tubs for all to enjoy! The soothing sounds of waterfalls incorporated into the hardscape enhance the luxuriousness of this beautiful complex.
There are community gas grills for owners and guests to enjoy, as well as a large gas firepit, perfect for evening conversations.
So you don't miss a work out, the gym facility can be accessed in the parking garage of the building. It is well equipped with machines and free-weights. Locker rooms provide privacy and showers for post workouts.
There is an underground parking garage with access to elevators. To assist you with your luggage, there are communal luggage carts.
Blue Mt. Beach Highlights:
Surrounding Sanctuary at Redfish is a protected coastal forrest with walking trails. Along 30a is an 18.6 mile bike trail that stretches the entirety of 30A. This is a fun way to visit the other beaches! You can take a short 5 minute bike ride to Grayton Beach or you can head into the heart of Blue Mt. Beach for ice-cream at the Blue Mt. Creamery or yummy treats at Blue Mt. Bakery! Several restaurants are within a short distance, some walkable! You can also take a short 5 min car ride to to the famous Seaside!

- Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.a
