With peekaboo views of Perkins Cove and the ocean, you'll love relaxing in this single-level, open-concept cottage, featuring 2 bedrooms and a modern, full bath with shower. The property provides split unit heating and cooling throughout. Two sizable bedrooms are set back from the main living/kitchen/dining area, providing a separation of space for quiet time. One bedroom features a king-size cooling mattress and smart TV. The second bedroom offers a queen-size Bamboo mattress and views of Perkins Cove. Decks are located at the front and rear of the home, providing ample space to unwind from a busy day at the beach or in town.
