Excellent Location!!

The building is well kept/clean, and the staff is all friendly. The location is convenient and walking distance to the best restaurants and fish market next door along with women's dress shops within 1000 steps.

Love OSP!

We have been coming to OSP for years. This year was a great as it has been. Love the upgrades and the staff was amazing. The Redfish chair and umbrella rental is a fantastic addition! Keep that partnership and amenity going! See you next year :)

In need of updates

This unit needs updating! Several cracked floor tiles that came with the 40 year old building. Dirty floor rugs and musty couch pillows. Dining table too big for the size of condo.

Sadly, this was probably my last time to stay here.

I have been coming here for around ten years. I love the location! I thought with new ownership/management, it would be better, but the staff is less friendly than ever, the elevators were broken and on the fritz all weekend, and the beach chair situation was a disaster, and that was my final straw. I have recommended this place so many times to others, but if I do so now, it will be with great caution.
