This beautiful Mediterranenan Style vacation home is situated in a gated community with a SOUTH FACING POOL.
This beautiful 5 bedroom and 4 bath home has been recently renovated. It features a master king en-suite with a walk-in closet, also a queen en-suite, and can comfortably sleep up to 10 people. This amazing home features a south facing pool with a spa, with heating an option in the cooler months. There is a fully equipped kitchen with everything required to prepare a quick breakfast before going to the parks and a slow cooker so you can have your supper ready when you return.
. After dinner the family can enjoy a game of pool or have a game of airhockey or ping pong. The covered lanai offers a break from the sun on those hot summer days sitting around the pool. There is a high ceiling family room with a big screen TV and DVD player for the quieter night away from the rush. This home also has free internet access as well as free long distance in the US and Canada. The home also has a playpen for the little one to sleep in, high chair, and stroller

The Solana Resort offers many amenities for our guests. They have a large community pool, spa, gazebo, playground, beach volleyball, tikki bar, and a mini putt (small fee), there is a fitness room and a video arcade.
For deliveries to the house during your stay Solana is considered a resort so USPS will not deliver here. You can us UPS or FEDEX and the majority of Amazon deliveries. For the protection of your packages we do have a camera on our front door

This property was wonderful for a 6 week snowbird stay. The kitchen had absolutely everything one needs to make regular meals in comfort. Additionally plenty of bath towels and pool towels were available for our use. The wifi was strong enough for me to work daily through virtual meetings with no problems. The neighborhood feels safe and welcoming, groceries and restaurants are close by, and the clubhouse pool is very nice. The owner was very receptive to all of our communications and immediately resolved any minor issues, quickly answering any questions we had. This was a good thing as the telephone number in the house manual, which was pointed out to us by the property manager in person, was not working and there was no way to reach him. Our one disappointment was there is no hand rail for entering the private pool at the house, so as an amputee and an elderly lady we were unable to use it. Otherwise, we would highly recommend this home for a stay in Davenport.

Great place for a family

The host was great about allowing us to come early to a great place for a family with kids. Great pool, kitchen was stocked with anything you needed to cook. Since we arrived early, we met the owners and they were very nice and hospitable. The house was clean, and has plenty of room for a large family to stay. Would definitely stay there again for our next Florida family vacation.

This property was a great vacation home, between all of the amenities and a great host it was very comfortable. The house was well taken care of and clean. Lovely stay

I would like to thank Linda for providing us with a lovely stay for our family Christmas vacation. The house was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Girls Getaway

What a great way to start 2017 than an all girls getaway to this beautiful Villa. This beautiful home away from home was the perfect place to kick back, relax and have lots of fun. Amazing Family Vacation

We had an amazing family vacation! Linda was an amazing host. She was very friendly and responded very fast to our messages. The house was just like the pictures. Everything was clean. Family getaway

The home was beautiful and spacious for our 2 families that stayed there. The pool was clean and perfect for the kids! We had a small issue with the pool heat- within 15 minutes the owners had called us and things were resolved. The owners checked in through out our stay to ensure everything was as we hoped and made sure we had no concerns! I would definitely recommend this home to friends and family, would most definitely stay again!

Our experience in davenport

Linda was very responsive and helpful from the time I inquired about the property before booking all the way until after check out. She checked in on us and made sure things were good during entire stay. Property was clean and as advertised. The game room definitely was a hit for the 13 year old and kept him occupied while we stayed in the house. The pool was perfect size and clean. We had everything we needed for cooking/meal prepping. Location of property was great as well. Definitely recommend this property. Would stay again if we visit Florida again.

Best Villa Yet!

Linda and Ron's villa is just as described. A real home away from home, perfect for our extended family visit to Orlando. Well located off US27 in the nicely kept and small Solana Complex. Linda was very attentive and responsive prior to and after booking. Everything was arranged well ahead of time and Linda checked in regularly during out visit. All in all a great experience. This was our second time staying at Linda & Ron's beautiful vacation home and once again it did not disappoint. Linda is amazing to deal with and responds promptly to any questions. The villa was more than perfect for us, the property owner was the best in the last 14 years we have rented through VRBO...hands on all the way! Everything was as pictured, the villa was clean, furniture and beds were very comfortable, pool and spa were refreshing after our days at the parks. With our teen age grandtwins, the air hockey and pool table were a hit and, we were able to sneak in a round of putt putt at the resort one morning which was fun for all. A big shout out to Linda who took care of my special request due to my allergies. It made my vacation allergy free. Would def recommend this property (and owners).

Awesome Villa!

We had a wonderful time in Florida on our family vacation. It was even more special because we were lucky enough to stay at the Enchanting Escape at the Solana Resort. This beautiful house became our second home. It was immaculate, comfortable, and very spacious. Linda was kind enough to check in and make sure everything was just right and to let us know we could contact her anytime if we needed something. Our family had fun splashing in the pool and playing air hockey in the game room. We also enjoyed visiting the clubhouse, where the staff was exceptionally nice. We would highly recommend staying at this luxury villa!

Fantastic vacation home!

Our family has vacationed in Florida several times and this was one of our best experiences with renting a vacation home. The home is just as pictured, if not better. All the necessities are provided and the house is very clean and nicely decorated. The kids enjoyed the pool every day, from early morning until night. The location is perfect with shopping and attractions located nearby. I can't say enough good things about Linda; she was so easy to deal with, answering any questions that I had and checking in to make sure that all was well while we were staying there. I would without a doubt recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to stay in the Orlando area. Thank you again Linda & Ron!

We purchased our beautiful home in Solana as it was our favorite community when we did our family vacations. We are from a small town in Elmira, Ontario Canada and found this was a perfect getaway for ourselves, 2 children, their spouses and our 6 grandchildren. We plan on having the high standards for our home as we do our bridal salon Taylors Bridal, which is also in Elmira, Ontario

Why they chose this property

When we did our family vacations in Florida we found that Solana was a very nice area to stay. You are close to everything you could want to do to make your vacation memorable. We felt very safe in the community of Solana and love the extras that the Clubhouse has to offer. We personally take great pride in our home away from home in Solana and the home is maintained to our standards. We have done all the upgrades to the house that made it perfect for all to enjoy. You do not even have to leave Solana to have a wonderful time. Our goal is that when you stay in our home you will be counting the days until your next visit.

What makes this property unique

The south facing pool is a very huge attraction for those who want the benefit of full sun during the day and early evening. We purchased this beautiful home in March 2013 and flew in to personally update the home and add our own personal loving touches so that all of our guest will enjoy the home as much as we do. We are continuously updating the villa so everything is pristine for your stay
