14 Beachwood East is a 7-bedroom home featuring four king master suites: two on the first floor and two upstairs. Each master suite features a king bed, an updated bathroom, large flat-screen tv, and an oceanfront or ocean view deck with exquisite views of the ocean and the private swimming pool. Upstairs, kids will love the two miniature bonus children’s rooms, each with a twin bed, a unique feature of this home. Another bonus is a full-full bunk bed on the first floor.

The kitchen has an open floor plan, making it fun for the chefs and other family members to enjoy their time together while preparing a great meal. Beach-inspired décor throughout the house makes it especially fun and cozy. 14 Beachwood East offers two comfortable living areas. The first at the center of the home seats at least twelve people. With a flat-screen television and sofas with ocean views, this is a wonderful gathering point. Or if you prefer, just outside there is a porch that allows you to enjoy the ocean breeze and lovely sunrises. This porch has comfortable outdoor furniture and dining space—a perfect retreat!

- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property, please reach out to AvantStay to rent beach chairs/umbrellas.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- This home does not offer pool heat.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.

Parking Details:
- Guests will be provided with 2 parking passes in the welcome packet to access the property.
- These passes must stay on the car's dashboard during the guests' stay.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
