SILVER LAKE - Enchanting hilltop hideaway

Spend a blue-skied morning admiring postcard views over breakfast from a quaint bistro table on a wraparound balcony. Bright interiors embrace a serene vibe with its mix of trendy furnishings, gray-washed hardwood floors, and a vaulted ceiling. Please note this unit does not include reserved parking however street parking is available and unrestricted.

Perched on a hilltop near the intersection of Sunset and Silver Lake Boulevards, the house is steps away from a vibrant, diverse catalog of dining, shopping, and nightlife spots. Walk to Silver Lake Reservoir and enjoy stunning views along the way. This space was designed to be bright, modern, and have a treehouse like feel. We cut around the tree that shades your balcony and have high vaulted ceilings with sky lights including one in the bathroom. Jayde’s grandmother was an antique dealer here in LA so we used some of her pieces to help design the space to give it a one of a kind look.

You have full access to your apartment and have a private balcony and laundry attached.

Great vibe, beautiful and comfortable

This is a beautiful space with a wonderful view in a great area. It’s walking distance to several restaurants and coffee shops. The host was kind and easy to correspond with. Will definitely stay here again and highly recommend.
