The townhouse was clean, with the exception of some dirt under the bathroom rug. There were only bath towels, no face towels, or any other type of bathing accessories.. They did provide shower gel. The carpet carpets were clean. The listing they said it is an older rental and is priced as such, there was a very old smell to the environment. The beds were uncomfortable, but again, maybe that’s to be expected to get the pricing,. An offer, I’m used to staying and more upscale lodging so I don’t want to be too hard. I appreciated the cleanliness overall and it was kept very cool in light of the heat. We ended up only staying one of our two nights. All in all the location was good proximity to the various trails we were hitting.
The host was very nice. Facilities was very clean. It was perfect for a group of guys attending a ministry conference. Wish the couch was bigger so we could have sit more comfortably watching tv. Parking is tight if you drive a full size truck. Overall I would highly recommend.
