​One of the newest and most "chic" resorts along the Emerald Coast is Sterling Breeze. Walk into the lobby and you might think you are in south beach. Located on the far west end of Panama, by the new Pier Park outdoor mall, you will find some gorgeous new resorts. Sterling is a smaller resort, with some wonderful amenities like an infinity, zero entry, marble lined pool with hot tubs, fountains, outdoor beachside firepit, and a poolside wine bar featuring sandwiches and cold drinks. The lobby has choi ponds and light features and several relaxing sitting areas to enjoy. The new Pier Park outdoor mall and amphitheater is within walking distance and features some amazing seafood restaurants, pubs, Tootsies saloon and dance hall, Pompano Joe's, Back Porch, Dave & Busters, Regal Cinemas and hundreds more fun shops and restaurants for the entire family to enjoy.
Your family will love this resort, the location and our beautiful 5th floor ocean front condo that sleeps 2-6 comfortably.
This condo was updated in January 2019 and features some very nice upgrades featuring two full bathrooms, done in travertine and limestone floors and shower walls, European glass doors, and the views are to die for from your private 5th-floor balcony. We have tried to keep our rates $250-$400 per week less than the on-site rental agency. See for yourself!!

Justin's condo was perfect for our family for a few days at the beach. We found everything we needed to be comfortable from a well-stocked kitchen to throw blankets for cozy movie times. Justin even had beach chairs and some boogie boards for the kids. The condo was super clean and well-organized. I appreciated that he answered all my questions, even the small ones. We'd love to stay here again!

Great place, very clean, beautiful oceanfront view from the balcony. The host was responsive to any messages and quick to answer my questions. My only advice, bring extra trash bags and bath towels/washcloths (or bring laundry detergent to wash them each day you stay). My family of 5 stayed for 6 days, but we were only provided one trash bag, 4 bath towels, and 4 wash clothes for the entire stay. Overall, it’s a great place to stay. We would definitely stay again!

The property was very clean and in the perfect location! I would definitely stay here again and enjoyed my time! A few things that would have been helpful knowing prior to checking in is that you have to purchase a 50 parking pass to park on the property. You have the ability to do this at home prior to arrival but the check-instructions weren’t sent until a hour or two before check in. I was able to complete this with the desk staff upon arrival. Additionally, you need to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels because only one roll is provided per bathroom. This would have been helpful to know before hand so I could bring my own and not have to make a separate trip after arrival. Overall, wonderful space and great trip! The “need to knows” are just for convenience and not anything negative towards the condo or owner.

Why they chose this property

We visited Panama City Beach a few years ago and fell in love with the white sand and clear waters of the Emerald Coast. We spend several weeks a year in our condo that is located right on the beach at beautiful Sterling Breeze. Sterling Breeze property is small enough that it is overcrowded, but large enough to provide all of the amenities you need for a perfect vacation. This location is a 10 minute walk from Pier Park, home to restaurants, bars, and family entertainment. This is the perfect location for a perfect beach vacation! We are blessed to call this condo our second home!
