This new and beautiful condo is located in a high-end location in Florida with panoramic views of the intercoastal, 10 minutes walk away from a private beach in Hollywood (Access included), resort-like amenities, is spacious, stylish, and well equipped for a couples getaway or a friends and family trip.

Whether you prefer to stay in and take advantage of the amenities or if you're looking for a place that is within walking distance of the hot spots in the area, this is your best choice.

Living Area:

The main living space is professionally designed to be tasteful as well as comfortable for your stay. The open-plan kitchen has everything you will need for your stay including a toaster, cooking pots, utensils, and even a coffeemaker. From the kitchen island, you look out to the living room/dining area as well as beautiful views through panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Intercoastal Waterway.

The dining area has a table and four chairs. The dining area leads into the living room which has a comfortable sofa bed along with a Smart TV and free WIFI, perfect after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom includes 1 queen size bed, 1 full bath, a TV, a small walking closet, and direct access to the balcony.

The Secondary Bedroom has 1 queen-sized bed and 1 double bed, TV, closet, and 1 full bathroom, a private small balcony.

Inside you'll find beach and bath towels, washcloths, fresh linens and additional linens for the sofa bed, and complimentary toiletries.

The guest has access to a private beach in Hollywood (10 minutes walk away) or take the free shuttles for a relaxing beach time, and use the Top-Tier facilities like the 1,000-square-foot, fully equipped Fitness Center located on the lobby level, overlooking the building outdoors, a waterfront pool.

A tad bit cleaner

We arrived on Friday and when tryin to check in at 4 almost couldn’t so had to message the host to allow us to check in. After doing so they gave us our keys and we proceeded upstairs. As we arrived the cleaning team was still there so we had to wait another 5-10 mins before entering. The room was nice but still wasn’t as clean as it could or should have been. The floor was still a tad dirty with sand and the toilet still had streaks of let’s just say last customer. Ovall though it was our second stay in the condo building and wel love the location and the employees that work there. They are very friendly and allow you to feel safe.
