The Space:
After walking the pathway up to the unit's door, step inside and feel immediately greeted by the clean and calm ambiance of the space. The shiny grey flooring and natural light seeping through the large living room window complement the space, making it airy and bright. The comfortable couch faces a Sling T.V for streaming your favorite shows.
To the left of the living room is bedroom 1, which offers a Queen-sized mattress with luxurious bedding, a T.V, and a closet for storage. The artwork on the walls gives the space personality, so you'll feel right at home. An additional closet is just outside this bedroom, where you'll find cleaning supplies and an ironing board/iron to make your stay easy and carefree.
Next to bedroom 1 is a modern and sleek full-bathroom with a standing shower and upgraded showerhead.
The Master bedroom is just around the corner. A King-sized bed, two closets, T.V, and tastefully chosen artwork make this bedroom practical and easy on the eye.
Walk to the end of the hallway to find the kitchen and dining room area. With upgraded appliances and a dining room table that seats four, you'll be able to cook and enjoy a meal comfortably. Although small, the space is fresh and inviting, lit up by natural light that spills in from the French doors that open to the patio.
The enclosed patio space is perfect for having dinner al fresco and enjoying the Florida sunshine without risking mosquito bites! Open the screen doors to find a larger outdoor space with well-kept landscaping and a view overlooking the lake. The astroturf is both aesthetically appealing and durable, and its bright, gorgeous green color is refreshing. Enjoy a game of putt-putt golf on the astroturf while taking in the gorgeous lake view. This greenery and the gleaming sun on the lake make for a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.
The washer/dryer is located just outside the front door.

House Rules:
Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law. The minimum rental age is 25. A picture ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival. An accurate guest count must be provided No parties or events. If unauthorized persons are discovered on the premises, guests will be subject to additional fees and/or immediate eviction Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am Please note that our vendors, landscaper and pool cleaner (If applicable), visit our homes at least twice a week for service. Our vendors will never enter the home and have permission to work outside. No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000 Commercial vehicles may be approved by management. Please inquire if you would like to bring your commercial vehicle. The property must be locked and secured when guests are not in it.
Mail:
Guests may not receive mail at this location or at our office. Any mail received will be RETURNED TO SENDER. We cannot accept responsibility for helping you to recover any lost mail or packages.
Cleanliness:
This property is not corporate-owned. It belongs to an individual, just like you. Please treat this home with the respect and courtesy it deserves and leave it in the same excellent condition as you found it.
We welcome quiet couples and families in all of our rentals. Please note that no parties of any size, events, or conferences are permitted in this property. If we discover that guests have violated this rule, we reserve the right to immediately evict all persons on the property and/or assess a fine.
If the property is left exceptionally dirty, such as perishable foods left in the kitchen, dirty dishes in the sink, furniture rearranged, or trash not taken out, we may assess an additional fee of up to $500.
Late Checkout:
Please note that check-out time is promptly at 10am. This is so that our housekeeping staff may prepare the property for the next guest. If you need additional time, contact us immediately and we'll try to accommodate you, though this cannot be guaranteed.
If you fail to check out by 10am, you will be charged half of the nightly rate for the property. Failure to vacate the property at the agreed-upon check-out time is considered trespassing.
Same-Day Bookings:
Same-day bookings with no past reviews are subject to additional scrutiny and require approval from the company. We will ask you to provide information on your group and the purpose of your stay.
If your stay is approved, we require a government-issued ID for identity verification. Your phone number must match the phone number on your account or we will not be able to honor your reservation.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00pm. All same-day reservations require at least 3 hours before check-in. We may have to extend check-in time to later than 4:00pm.
Internet/Cable:
The company is not responsible for outages by Internet and Cable companies. While we regret the interruption and inconvenience, we have no control over internet or cable issues.
The same way these providers do not reimburse us for their equipment failures or outages, we cannot accept accountability or offer refunds or reimbursements to guests.
Copyright Infringement:
Absolutely no illegal downloads. We will charge $50 if discovered.
Our technicians maintain the pools with the correct balance of chemicals on a weekly basis. We are unable to send them out to properties to sweep up daily debris. Pool skimmers are available at each property for guests' convenience.
Privacy:
This property is equipped with security cameras on the outside of the property. These cameras are using during the check-in process to verify identity and guest count. If there is an incident, we will review the footage. There are no cameras inside any property.
This property is also equipped with NoiseAware. Simply put, NoiseAware is like a smoke detector for noise. Sensors track the decibel levels at your property and evaluate other risk factors. If we find noise level exceeds a certain threshold, you will receive a text message or email requesting that you reduce the noise level.
Starter Supplies
We provide enough trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, and other home items for about 3 days of use. Beyond that, it is the responsibility of the guest to replenish these items.

Check in process was very easy and everything was very clean and worked well. Host was communicative and helpful and responsive to questions; would check in periodically to make sure all was well and we were having a nice stay. I'd definitely stay here again the future!

The property was a welcomed place after staying in a stuffy hotel. It reminded me how much nicer it can be to stay in a home.
Extremely easy to reach property agent and fast check in.
Depending on which direction you are going in, the traffic can be a nightmare at some times but the area felt safe and was very quiet. We took a few afternoon walks and did not feel unsafe.
The back yard was nice to enjoy our meals and we were always on the look out to show our baby the animals we saw!
If i needed to stay in the area in the future, I would defintely book again.
This was a nice cozy place. It’s not really big, but a perfect little place to hang out. It was nice to be able to get up in the morning take a walk down to the park where others are enjoy a peace walk as well. The place has a screened in back room, it’s nice but could be a little bigger for just a little more space to move. The backyard is smaller but nice, wish the trees were cleared a little more so we could chill in the sun if we wanted to. As far as the people you deal with while renting property, they were very fast at getting back to with any answers needed. Definitely recommend this to a group of two couples to chill or small family.

The house was very clean and bright. I loved the washer & dryer being outside. A few suggestions: Need more dish cloths, no stopper in kitchen sink, need bathmat in shower. If it is for 4 people you need more sitting spaces in living room and larger skillets. Hard to cook for 4 people with those little skillets. No hot pads, and need door stop in bathroom. My husband repaired the bathroom door that would not close unless you lilfted it up. He fixed the trim by the front door and and the screen on the porch in back. I think it was way over priced for your place.
