Amazing Pikes Peak mountain views from the living room and two of the three bedrooms! The space is a newly remodeled, totally private, upper unit apartment with stylish decor and a beautiful open concept layout. There are higher end tile finishes in the bathrooms and the master bath a rainfall style shower. Home is located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Only a short drive to Garden of the gods, hiking and biking, Broadmoor Hotel, and all the best Colorado Springs has to offer.

Nice Unit, A Bit Noisy
This unit is newly renovated and tastefully furnished. Good communication with the host and check-in was easy.Unfortunately, noise was an issue the entire stay, with guests in the other units being clearly audible within our own unit. Sadly, although quiet hours were stressed, those were not always followed by all guests in the other units.Again, very well kept and excellent communication from the host, just not ideal with the noise from other units - which caused some real headaches for all the guests staying in the various units at this property.
