Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

What a great house in a quiet neighborhood in the coolest part of Colorado Springs. Thank you Jami and Jimmy for a very comfortable stay. The house had all we needed and more. I hope to stay again in the future. I’m a mom of three adult kids and we were able to spread out and be comfortable. Thanks again!

Wonderful!

I don't think the photos do this house justice! It was beautiful, there was plenty of room for us, and the location is incredible! It's right off the highway so a short drive to downtown or a short jaunt to Manitou Springs/Garden of the Gods. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again!

Excellent house and location for a college spring break group. Kitchen had all of the amenities needed to cook and serve meals and we had a good cookout on the back deck.

Great house!

Excellent Home and Host

Host was very welcoming and helpful. We’ve stayed in a lot of homes over the years, but this one was by far the best stocked with various amenities that made our stay very comfortable.

Terrific house!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Old Colorado City! What a beautiful house with room enough for our family of 6! The house was extremely clean and beautiful inside. The neighborhood is so close to lots of hikes and stores. We would recommend this property!!

This is the cutest most charming home! What a lovely comfortable rental property. It had everything we needed. Great communication from the owners. My teenage boys loved having the basement and twin beds! The neighborhood is adorable and quiet with easy access to so many other areas. Highly recommend!

Girls trip!

Our vacation was awesome. The house and neighborhood were adorable. The accommodations were great with all the amenities you could need. Jamilee had a nice welcoming basket for us, which was so thoughtful. The house had recently been redone all the fixtures and finishes all high end and done beautifully. Would definitely come back!! Our home is newly remodeled and in the best neighborhood in Colorado Springs. I am biased, of course, but we do have the nicest and most caring neighbors. We love the immediate area around our home and spend most of our time off enjoying the many beautiful outdoor attractions only minute away.
