Location of the house was perfect and the host responds fast to messages. I will say the cleanliness of the place wasn’t the best and there was pet hair everywhere. The sheets on the bed seemed outdated too, they definitely need to be replaced. But other than that we had a great time here and offered extra services to help with our stay.

A couple of things, main entrance is through the extra bedroom, which is odd. The king size bed is a little lumpy, other than that it was a really good stay.

Tony is a top notch host. Communication was never an issue during a 30 night booking. The property is in a great location within the 5 Points District closeto downtown. Many different restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. Scenic Dr. Lookout is only an 8 minute drive from the front door. The house itself has a ton of potential and the owner added a really nice metal gate on the porch while we were there. Parking was easy and readily available. Would book again.
