Thanks to our exceptional location near the Brins Mesa, you may be able to see the moonrise, and the peaceful desert might inspire you to meditate, do yoga or take a digital detox.

This Sedona home is perfect for family gatherings and wellness retreats as the home has a yoga room with views of Brims Mesa to name a few. It is located walking distance to downtown Sedona, the Jordan Trail is in the backyard, and Cathedral Rock and Devils Bridge are a short drive away for incredible hiking and outdoor yoga. The yard and balcony also provide a beautiful setting for any gatherings. The crystal culture and vortex energy there is also very conducive for yoga themes. For wellness retreats we suggest considering the moon phase (full or new). Sedona is one of the darkest places in North America and stargazing is life changing. New moons provide incredible views of the milky way galaxy and stardust. Full moons provide incredible moon views, both of which could be incorporated into your retreat or special event theme.

There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax in our comfy living room. You’ll love cozying up or streaming your favorite show on the HD smart TV with streaming apps to watch your favorite movies, the big games or just cozy in. After all, nothing feels better than relaxing on the couch after a day of hiking!

--KITCHEN & DINING--
Between all the hiking, sightseeing, and relaxing on your itinerary, you’ll surely work up an appetite! This home has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need to cook for a group.

The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, electric stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The cabinets are stocked with cookware, dishes, and glasses. Pots and Pans are available, please note we do not provide condiments such as salt and pepper.

Settle in for a delicious meal at either the breakfast bar, which has 2 barstools, or at the colorful dining table, which seats at least 6. For dinner with a view, head outside to the terrace, where you can dine with the breathtaking Red Rocks in view.

This home can comfortably sleep up to 12 guests in 5 private bedrooms. All of the bedrooms have plenty of closet space and furnishings that reflect a stylish, comfortable theme. You'll sleep well thanks to our comfortable mattresses, soft pillows, and super soft Mascioni sheets.

Stunning desert vistas are just steps away. Walk out to a spacious ground-floor patio and second-floor deck to wake up with the birds or take in the cool evening breezes. The yard contains fruiting trees, maple trees, rose bushes, vines, wild flowers, and birds, so you don't even need to go for a hike to enjoy the local flora and fauna. - This home allows pets for a fee. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Please note our occupancy includes an additional two beyond bed count. Trifold floor mattresses and additional linens can be provided upon request.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
