Little, quaint apartment

Host was very nice and easy to communicate with Pros -very comfortable bed -lots of pillows and extra blankets -lotion, shampoo, conditioner and decent body wash provided -very close to uptown, gym, steakhouse -Keurig pods provided Cons -busy street (owner said he had a quieter property available) -you can hear traffic all night There’s no directions for checking out, noticed a hot tub for the apartment but wasn’t sure if we were able to use Overall great stay! We would recommend to friends and family.

Horrible Communication

I didn't even get to stay in the beginning, could not get a hold of the host by email, phone or texg and neither could VRBO! I'M SUPPOSED TO BE GETTING A REFUND AND THAT'S NOT HAPPENING EITHER! IT'S BEEN OVER A WEEK!!
