The Space:
“Beach Happy” is one-half of our duplex called “Don’t Worry, Beach Happy”. This listing is only for Side B. This unit consists of 1500 SF, 3 BR, 2 BA, a well-equipped kitchen (stainless appliances and granite counters), open living area, ample parking, and can sleep up 10 guests if make use of sleeper sofa in living area. Located 2 blocks from the beach. This spacious home, featuring lovely southern, rustic, beach charm décor, is the perfect place for your next beach gathering.

“Beach Happy” features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and sleeping accommodations for up to eight. Sleeping arrangements consist of a queen in the master, queen in bedroom #2, and two sets of bunk beds in BR #3 (sleeps 4). The living area is equipped with a sleeper sofa. If you are in need of extra space, you can also rent both sides of the duplex known as “Don’t Worry, Beach Happy” (Airbnb ID 49093870).

Step inside and find beautiful, knotty-pine walls, plush bedding, and a well-equipped kitchen. “Beach Happy” radiates charm with a subtle, rustic feel. The living room is open & spacious and the perfect spot to gather with your group. The private balcony is ideal for lounging and enjoying your favorite drink.

Beach access is just a short walk away, located at the end of East 4th St, just two blocks from the home (o.2 mi). Walk along the water’s edge while you search for seashells, or build sandcastles in the sugar-white sand. After your time at the beach, rinse off at the outdoor shower.

Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and local taxi's are available in our area.

Other Things to Note:
The washer and dryer are in a room at the top of the stairs, between the two units. They are shared by the two units.

If there are cleaning issues, call the number on the fridge. If there are maintenance issues, call us.

Deeded beach access is just a short walk away, located at the end of East 4th St, just two blocks from the home (o.2 mi).

No beach stuff is provided so you will need to bring your own. There is a Dollar General nearby with a great selection of beach stuff.

The home will include: one roll of tp, bar of soap, & small shampoo/ conditioner per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, dish rag, one garbage bag in each can, and one dishwasher soap. This is meant more as a convenience in case you arrive late and don't have a chance to make it to store. This isn't meant to last for your entire stay.

Insurance stipulations don't allow us to provide anything which may be consumed. This includes: salt, pepper, oil, etc.

Interaction with Guests:
We live locally and are available if needed. Office hours are M-F, 8AM-4PM. Sat/Sun, 10AM-12PM. After-hours calls are fielded by a call center who will notify us in the event of an emergency (HVAC, leak, etc). After-hours messages will be fielded the next business day.
