Just steps from the pool & a short walk to the beach (1 block). This home is nicely decorated and features an open layout, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 large balconies, 9’ ceilings, hardwood & tile floors, linens, WIFI, and washer/ dryer. TV only gets a few channels.

The Space:
Blue Lagoon is the perfect beach home for the entire family. This spacious, 2500 square foot, 2-story home sits on pilings with parking for 4 underneath. The common area is located on the second level and features an open living area and kitchen, a separate dining room, a half-bath, and the master suite. The dining table includes seating for 6 plus 3 at the kitchen bar. The spacious, well-equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space, granite counters, and a side-by-side, stainless steel refrigerator. The living area consists of a sectional couch, a large flat screen Apple TV, and balcony access. The common area has tile throughout. Other features include a washer, dryer, WIFI, and 4 amazing balconies.

The master suite is located on the main level and features a king-sized bed, hardwood floors, balcony access, TV, and a private bath. The large master bath features a double vanity, walk-in tile shower, and a large jet tub. The other four bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second living level (3rd floor). Bedroom 2 has a king bed and a Jack-and-Jill bedroom connecting BR 2 & BR 3. Bedroom 3 has a full bed. Bedroom 4 has a custom bunk bed with two full-sized beds and a Roku smart TV. Bedroom 5 is accessed through bedroom 2 and has a standard bunk bed with two twin mattresses. Every bedroom has access to a balcony. This home can comfortably sleep 10 guests with 12 being the maximum occupancy. Having the maximum # of occupants would be super tight unless several are kids.

This home has 3 total TV's with an Apple smart TV in the living area, Roku smart TV in BR #5, and a TV in the master bedroom. Two of the three TV's are smart TV's. There is no cable but all of the TV's get several local channels through an over-the-air antenna.

Beach access is a short 5-min walk to the 13th St Public Beach. There is a map showing the beach access in the pictures.

This home was totally renovated in April 2025 with renovated kitchen and all new furnishings in the bedrooms. The number slept remains the same. The current pictures do not reflect the renovation as they are coming soon.

Guest Access:
There is a small fishing pier on Little Lagoon which can be accessed from the northwest corner of the subdivision. The community pool is directly across from the home. Beach access is at the end of West 13th Street, which can be seen on the map. It is a short walk from the home.

The Neighborhood:
Blue Lagoon beach house is located 2.7 miles from the "T" in Gulf Shores, close to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. The subdivision is nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Little Lagoon, just a short walk to the beach and lagoon. The subdivision amenities include a community pool and a small fishing pier on Little Lagoon.

You must be at least 25 years old to book this home.

This home only has 2 TV's. One in the living room is a smart TV with access to Netflix. Neither TV has cable but does have an over-the-air antenna which gets about 15 channels.
*Maximum occupancy is 12 guests but 10 or less is considered comfortable.
