Matt's House - Located just a short drive from All-Star Village and all Oneonta has to offer, this quaint country home is a great fit for a group looking to balance peace and quiet with easy access to the ballpark. A pleasant drive to All Star Village through the rolling hills of Upstate New York, you be there in under 15 minutes.

This lovely country home is a perfect option for a small group. It features an open living, kitchen, and dining area which allows guests to remain together even if in different areas. The kids can watch a game while others prepare a meal in the kitchen. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the front deck while others remain snuggled on the living room couch as the morning gets started. There is a 50" Smart TV in the living for your enjoyment. The kitchen is well stocked with all the kitchen gadgets, gizmos, and utensils you could need while on vacation. Once the meal is made there is plenty of room in the dining area or you can enjoy the sights and sounds of nature with a meal outside on the new side porch.

The large primary bedroom has a queen bed and 43" Smart TV as well as an ensuite bath. This bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower and can also be accessed from the other side, just off the laundry room. On the other end of the house, there are 2 additional bedrooms. One Queen bedroom with a 43" Smart TV and the other bedroom has a set of 2 twin beds, perfect for kiddos.

Gather in the yard a night to watch the sunset, the fireflies come out and enjoy a bonfire under the stars. It tough to beat a stary Upstate New York summer sky!

Everything you need!!

This home has literally everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Soap/shampoo/conditioner in bathrooms, paper products etc, foil, pam, detergent, coffee pods, creamer, flash lights, even bandaids (which we did need!). I raved about Matts house to the other parents while at Cooperstown tournament and they were envious. Would recommend to everyone. It's not a far drive from Dream Park (23 min) and has all the conveniences of our own home already there. All you need is your clothes and food. All else is provided. Loved our stay there!!!
