• Sleeps 4-6 Comfortably: Two private King bedrooms + One Queen Sofa Bed. 🛏️
• Living Area: Large open-concept living room/kitchen perfect to gather, eat, drink, or watch TV.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with modern appliances.

AMENITIES & ACCESS
• Laundry: In-unit with new washer/dryer.
• Entertainment: 4K Smart TVs with YouTube TV (local/cable) + streaming apps 📺.
• Coffee Bar: Keurig Coffee Maker and coffee included ☕.
• Parking: One off-street spot is available at the rear of the property with additional free parking along Main Street 🚗.
• Access: Digital keyless door lock.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
We are an integrated partner with Airbnb. As such, our guests are required to complete a separate host rental agreement that will be sent to you after booking. Additionally, a credit card will be required to authorize a $300 security deposit hold. This hold will be released upon checkout as long as no damages or excess mess is done at the property.
