A Wonderful Stay in a Beautiful Home

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The home is beautifully presented, very clean, and extremely well-equipped—everything we needed was provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The attention to detail really made a difference, from the thoughtful touches throughout the space to the cozy living area.The location was ideal for our needs and the host was responsive, kind, and accommodating throughout our stay. Family Vacation

It was a great condo for all of us 10 People, the amenities were amazing. If I were to request, we like big comforters but the place has lighter ones. But overall great vacation. Thank you!

Not what we were hoping for

While the place is in a great location and has many nice amenities, we had several unfortunate problems. For the first 2 days the condo was extremely warm. The owner wrote me and called me, but basically said that we could only expect 10 degrees lower than outside temp (which was mid 90’s). However, when I persisted she had someone send a video of how to lower the temp and it cooled substantially. Just not sure why she didn’t have that in the notes or send that immediately. On our 3rd day the lights in the bathroom went out. They couldn’t be fixed for 2 days. Although this wasn’t the owners fault, when asked about compensation she said she would get back to me but never did. On our last night I noticed water on the kitchen floor. The pipe under the sink came completely loose and it flooded a portion of the kitchen. It was obvious that the pipes had been repaired previously but maybe not very well. None of this would have caused me to be upset, EXCEPT that when asked for compensation to help make things right I got no response. Up until that point the owner had responded to my problems in a timely manner. I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and this was just not our best experience.
