A perfect way to enroll into the Alaskan experience, Beautiful new construction property 8.5 miles outside of the city of Fairbanks with an amazing drive to and from the city. Peaceful and quiet environment with minor construction going around (small occurrences). All amenities included, along with washer and dryer access. Spacing includes all radiant heated flooring. One bedroom with two full size beds and the other bedroom equipped with a queen size bed. 1 Full bathroom, along with a full kitchen.
