Great space and only steps from the beach.

The apartment was clean and ready upon arrival. It's perfect for one or two people to staycomfortably. The outdoor space is amazing. I had my own private fenced yard area with a covered dining table. There was an outdoor tv and lighting if you want to sit outside in the evening. The best part is is that it's about a 2 minute walk to the beach.

Founders Day

We loved the location and the communication with the host was great. The unit itself was not what I expected, the pictures need to be updated. The kitchen was all updated and very functional. The floors were dirty and covered with sand. The bathroom was not cleaned. The tv in the bedroom didn't work. The pillows were not comfortable at all. There are three units all in one building and the walls in the living room are thin so it was very loud and you felt as though there wasn't any privacy.

Please accept my apologies regarding the dirty floors, etc. found upon your arrival. We did use a new cleaning staff that day in an effort to accommodate your request for an early check in. We have and are addressing the issues brought up to ensure that doesn't happen again. I am so happy you were pleased with the location and management staff. Please consider us the next time you are in our area.

Why they chose this property

The cottage is located a few blocks from the International Fishing Pier, restaurants and shops and is only a few steps from the beach, and yet it is very quiet and peaceful at your "Home away from Home"

What makes this property unique

This is a cottage with 3 separate units. Each unit is completely separate from the others. This is on a quiet street but still very close to the beach environment offerings.
