25 Heath is a beautiful four bedroom home located in Palmetto Dunes within walking distance to the beach. The home has been updated with a coastal vibe with light blue, green and gray tones, some new furnishings, and fresh paint. All carpet was removed and replaced with new flooring.

As you enter the home, the entry way is warm and inviting. The living area has all new furnishings including two sofas, two chairs, accessories, and a 58" SMART TV for movie night. There are French doors off the living room that lead to a raised deck. The deck overlooks the pool area and has a dining set that seats six. To the left of the entry is the dining room with new furniture. The table seats ten guests, the perfect place for a relaxing dinner or game night. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas range for the chef in the party. There are granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and bar stools, making it the perfect spot for snack time. The kitchen is adjacent to an additional seating area for guests. The additional seating area looks out onto the private pool area and has a sofa and two swivel chairs, the perfect place for enjoying a cup of coffee or a cocktail while the cook is preparing dinner.

There are two bedrooms off the entry way, one with a king bed and 45" SMART TV and the other with two twin beds and 45" SMART TV. There is a full hall bath that is shared between the bedrooms with single vanity and shower/tub combo. On the other side of the home is the primary bedroom with a king bed and 58" SMART TV. The spacious bedroom has new furniture including bench seat, armchair and mattress along with all accessories. The primary bath is ensuite and contains a spacious vanity, large closet, tub, and separate shower.

There is a half bath in the back hall across from the laundry room leading to the upstairs bedroom. The fourth bedroom is located down the hall and upstairs. There are two double beds, 45" SMART TV and new furnishings including new mattresses and accessories. The full bath is ensuite.

There is a private pool, the perfect place for a dip to cool off or enjoy the sunshine. Located poolside are four lounge chairs, Adirondack chairs, a second outdoor dining table for four, and a gas grill. The beach is about a ten to twelve minute walk away, or you can use the free beach buggy service when in season. Get ready to make lasting memories on vacation at 25 Heath. Palmetto Dunes is one of the premiere areas of Hilton Head Island and has three miles of beach, three signature golf courses, world-renowned tennis, and an 11-mile lagoon system where guests can kayak, canoe and fish. There are miles of leisure paths that weave throughout the resort that are great for walking, jogging, and biking. Plus, Shelter Cove Marina on Broad Creek is close by where you will find live entertainment, restaurants, and shops.
