Serenity Lakeview Cottage

Newly renovated lakefront apartment, downstairs from the main home. It is located on beautiful Greene Mountain Lake with year-round lake and mountain views. Wildlife on the lake includes geese, herons, ducks, osprey, eagles, turtles, and beavers. The setting is serene and peaceful. You will have a private entrance and a covered porch. A paddle boat is available for your use on the lake.

This unit has been approved with a Special Use Permit for Tourist Lodging by Greene County.
The space
This is a large living space with a private bedroom, a kitchen area, a living room and a dining/game area. There are views of the lake from these rooms. The kitchen has a full-sized refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker and sink. There is no stove, but a hot plate and electric skillet are available. The area is very private with lots of open space on our property adjacent to the lake.

Guest access
This is a downstairs apartment that includes a covered patio, backyard and lake access. The paddle boat is also available with life jackets. There is a fire pit and Adirondack chairs with cushions to enjoy the sunset and lake/mountain views.
