Pool time

I booked this house as my granddaughter was playing in the World Series fast pitch softball tournament which was close to the two ball fields. She loved the swimming pool after playing in the heat. The size of the house was perfect for 4 adults and 1 kid. Decor and televisions in every room was nice…

Definitely worth the stay

We thouroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful house. Perfect layout and the pool was awesome. Our fur baby loved the back yard. The neighborhood driving up looks a little rough but we did not have any issues and my wife is super picky about us staying somewhere safe! It is a gated community. The gates were open most of the day and seem to close at dark. Very centrally located. Was able to get just about anywhere within minutes

Above and beyond

I have stayed at a quite a few VRBOs and this is the first time I feel a host went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay enjoyable. There was a welcome basket for the dog with treats, tennis balls, blankets, a leash and poop bags. There were also lots of extras that were so appreciated such as a bowl of fresh fruit, a variety of Keurig cups, some candy, extra sunscreen, face mask kits in the bathrooms (my teenage daughter loved!), tons of new and used pool floats, laundry detergent…. The list goes on and on. It felt more like a hotel than a VRBO! Communication with the host was flawless, extremely responsive. The only downside of this house is location. It’s a newer neighborhood tucked behind a not-so-nice neighborhood. The community is gated, but we never saw the gate closed. It’s also a ways from the beach, but we never had an issue finding parking at beach access points.Overall, we loved the house, the fenced in backyard was perfect for the dog. The teens loved the pool. If we return to the PCB area we will 100% stay here again!
