PLEASE NOTE: The primary tenant must be 25 years old or older and have a government issue ID (Driver's License or government issued ID) will be required to be checked upon check in.

JUNE & JULY rent Saturday to Saturday only - all other times rent with 3 night minium stay

CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur at least 30 days prior to arrival date. If cancellation occurs 30 days or more prior to arrival date all monies will be refunded with the exception of a $100.00 administrative fee. There will be no refund for early departure unless authorities request mandatory hurricane evacuation.

We loved the location of the house and how close it was to the ocean, a few of the showers were outdated and needed some updates the pool needed some updates as well and we kept seeing weird cockroach (water roaches) I believe is what they were overall we enjoyed it there

This was perfect for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 children. Location was great and the pool was wonderful after a fun filled day at the beach. The Condo was nicely decorated and the beds were wonderful. Would definitely return.

Great Choice!

The property was absolutely wonderful! Location was perfect...a block from the beach and steps to the corner pub and grill with outdoor seating and live music! The pool was nice and the roof top deck was a bonus! Both adults and kids enjoyed everything about it! I highly recommend!

Amazing location

This was an amazing trip with family. There were only a couple items I had to contact the owner about and they had everything rectified very quickly and without effort. The location was perfect being only a short walk from the beach and the pool was great to have to unwind after a long day at the beach. I am very grateful to have found this location and will gladly rent again in the future. There was no binder with information on what to do before leaving the location but that was the only real “issue”.
