Nice getaway

The property was very nice. We were able to get in on a short notice since the original property we booked was not ready after the hurricane. The host was awesome and responded quickly to our needs. The only downfall was there was 11 of us and 2 of the bedrooms were actually lofts which were not private. The provisions they left us was very accommodating. We enjoyed our time there.

Fantastic waterfront property

We stayed at this property two families, which is ideal because of the way the layout of the house. Plenty of bathrooms and beds. Great for kids younger or older, pool is fantastic, fished off the dock. We were able to tie our boat onto the dock and explore the area by boat, access is easy. Publix is a walking distance and host is very responsive. Great Clearwater Beach property.

Fun and relaxation

This was a fantastic and beautiful property very close to Clearwater beach. We talked ok the trolley to the beach some days and lounged at the pool other days. Awesome restaurants within walking distance and close grocery. The house itself lacked a couple of small amenities, namely coffee and could use more pool chairs. There is a nearby coffee shop that’s delicious. Gracious host. And the sunset is to die for looking over the water ❤️

Family Fun in Clearwater!

We had a great time at the Waterfront Villa! Our host was great, flexible and super responsive. The check in and check out process was super easy. The house was nice. We couldn't quite figure out the layout of the house until arrival. It is listed as a 6 bedroom but it only had 3 enclosed bedrooms and two loft areas without much privacy. There is another room with a pool table in the home but I wouldn't consider this a bedroom and we didn't use it as one. We had 10 people staying at the property but I think having additional guests would have been tough. We were all family so it worked out ok but had additional guests joined us and needed privacy, this layout would not have worked. The pool area could have used more upkeep and care. There was no drain cover on the pool drain and our daughter cut her foot on the opening while swimming. There were weeds growing up in the patio area but they did have weekly service for the lawn/hedges and pool cleaning. However, they didn't take care of the weeds. I do believe this house was a new listing so they will likely work on tweaking items needed for guests. However, some items that would have been nice to have are higher, more comfortable beds (they sat very low), a toaster, lamps, bedroom dressers or a folding luggage rack, a mop and more lounge chairs for the pool area. There was only 3 lounge chairs for our 10 guests. We did use the patio furniture but prefer to be able to kick back and relax around the pool.
