DEEP WATER/NO WAKE ZONE! Lakefront home, beautifully situated on .66 acres privately gated, double deck dock with dive platform, porch swing and chairs/chaise loungers on double dock, single slip boat dock (not available unless staying for extended period of time and cleared with home owner), no wake zone, open floor plan, stone indoor and outdoor fireplaces, gas fire pit coffee table, outdoor gas grill, outdoor gas griddle, screened in porch with dining area, newly remodeled kitchen and furnishings, newly remodeled bathroom, original artwork, gorgeous furniture and decor, beautiful old trees, tetherball, & Deer frequent the front yard. The sunset from the top of the Dock is absolutely breathtaking!
Five minutes from grocery store and gas station at turnoff to head to lake house (West Side Mercantile & Possums Corner gas/convenience store. Other gas station and liquor stores just 1 minute from the house. Also Only 15 minutes from Super Walmart in Graham, Tx. Possum Hollow and Fox Hollow Restaurants are just around the corner.

This quaint and cozy 2 bedroom/1 bath home is perfect for summer or winter lake time. 1000 sq. ft heated/cooled area. Newly redecorated and newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. Original Art! Huge indoor and outdoor fireplace. Outdoor grilling/dining/lounge area. The walk down to the dock is breathtaking as you actually walk through huge boulders down to the dock. The house is very comfortable and inviting. Central heat and air. Ceiling fans. One master bedroom with a king size temperpedic bed (So Comfortable!!!) and Belgian Tapestry. Second bedroom features 2 bunk beds....one has a double size bottom bed ....room sleeps 5. Living room has a fold out couch with queen size bed. Bathroom has shower, toilet, sink and fully stocked with everything you need. LARGE windows with shutters all throughout house. VERY open feel. Flat Screen TV and bluray player in Living room with lots of movies to choose from. Board games. Dining room table seats 8 plus.... smart tv with Netflix/Hulu/ ETC fire stick. Wireless Internet available for our guests only no charge. Kitchen has all appliances, dishware, cookware, everything you will need. Fully Furnished! Pod swing, corn hole toss, and tetherball. The property is in an extremely nice part of PK and we always ask our guests to be respectful during their stay. As property owner as well as manager, I will be available before and during your stay to answer any questions, address specific needs, available for suggestions, whatever our guests need! We cherish our house and memories.....we hope you do the same!

Rental was even better than anticipated, when we walked in the A/C was on and place was spotless. The private dock was awesome, we just tied our boat up and had great access to the lake. Will definitely be staying here again! The owner was easy to communicate with and was very excited to share their home with us!

Possum kingdom stay

My family had such a good time at this property! The dock is amazing! It rained pretty much the whole time we were here so we were thankful for the movies and games provided. It was nice to sit in the screened in porch and listen to the rain and just relax. Thank you Julie, we will definitely be back!

Property is lovely and lake access can’t be beat. Probably one of the most well stocked homes we have ever stayed in. Plenty to do (but we spent most of our time in the lake)! The owner was amazing, she was available for questions and left detailed instructions that made checking in/out a total breeze. Everyone in our group had positive things to say and we enjoyed our trip so much.

Family Weekend

We had an amazing experience renting this cabin on Possum Kingdom Lake. We live close so the one’s actually staying at night we’re from out of town, but there was something to do for all ages. Trampoline, tether ball, corn hole, lots of games and fishing kept all ages having a great time. Extremely clean with a great view of the lake. Really hope to come again. 100% Great

We take pride in the care of our lake home because we are so grateful to have it. We absolutely love the open feel and relaxing “tone” our house has when we are there. The house is located in a very upscale PK neighborhood and we all look out for the safety and security of each other and their homes. When you book with us we are available at any time for any questions during your stay. We treat you as we would want to be treated! We have made a lot of special memories over the years at our lake home and we know you will as well…

What makes this property unique

Constantly deep water. Fish, ducks, Fireworks occasionally throughout the year, great quiet nice neighborhood, and SO close to amenities! Kids love the diving platform on deck, tetherball, dock swing, games, etc... The sunset from the top of the dock is UNMATCHED by anywhere else on the lake!!!!! The house is in a NO WAKE zone in Possum Hollow cove and very close to several restaurants, a gas station, liquor store, hardware store, bait store, groceries, and many places to put your boat in! But the best of all will be the MEMORIES that you make…
