This 1926 Spanish Mission style home recalls a romantic era with stuccoed walls, ceramic tile and oakwood floors. The quiet historic neighborhood provides guests with a truly unique vacation experience.

Everything a guest could want

The property is a little oasis all unto itself. Never have to leave but if you do I highly recommend a morning walk on nearby Flagler Road which has a park like walkway along the water.

The property was as Beautiful as advertised and was perfect for a relaxing stay in WPB. Short walk to the waterway and close to restaurants and beaches. Definitely everything you need. The pool and back yard is a private paradise. We would definitely stay here again!

From start to finish our stay was amazing! The house was incredible and perfect for our long weekend stay to see family near by. The house is stocked with anything you could possibly need and the attention to detail and anticipated needs is superior to anywhere we’ve stayed! We will definitely be back the next time we visit!

Casa Coco is a beautiful gem.

What a charming house! Our week spent there could not have been better. The house was cozy, and comfortable. It was nicely furnished and well kept. The outdoor area was absolutely wonderful. It was very private and lushly landscaped, a real tropical oasis. We could have spent the entire vacation out there. Would love to vacation there again.

Fantastic Home

We travel about 8weeks per year. This property was the nicest one in the last year. Mary was very communicative and helpful, although we did not need her assistance. The property was perfect.

Amazing place

The home was emmaculate. The home has everything you need for a family. Mary is very attentive and was always willing to answer my questions. This was our first trip to Florida and we had an amazing time, the property made it an even better stay. The Home was beautiful and very well kept. The backyard with the pool and gazebo was a much needed oasis. Will def visit again.

Just as good as the photos

Casa Coco was a lovely and well appointed oasis that was just what our family needed for our mid pandemic get away. When we visited, Palm Beach County had a strict face mask ordinance and we not once saw anyone who was failing to comply. The pool was warm and clean, the beds very comfortable, and the host very kind and accommodating. There’s plenty of outdoor space and indoor space to help us get through a mostly stay-at-this-home trip, which was both work (telecommuting) and play. The kitchen and the bathrooms were very well appointed, and there was nothing that we wished we had from home!

Stayed in an amazing Bungalow for Tony Robbins Event

We rented this house from Mary & Arnfield for 5 nights for an event at the Convention Center. It was in a great neighborhood close to downtown. The house was fabulous and well furnished. The backyard pool, cabana and spa are were well landscaped like a lush tropical forest which made you feel like we weren't even in the city. We met with Mary & Arnfield and they were very pleasant and accommodating. Did I mention house cleaning each day while we were out. Unbelievable service. 6 🌟 Thanks so much and be back soon.

Paradise

Our week in Casa Coco was a wonderful treat for my husband, teenage daughter and I. This beautiful, sunny home has Spanish architectural features, very comfortable beds and furnishings and the back yard is truly a piece of paradise with all of its lush palm trees, pool, covered tiki lounge, hot tub, hammock, etc. The kitchen was stocked better than any home we've rented. The host is incredibly easy to communicate with, had great suggestions for beaches and restaurants, and provided many thoughtful extras including delicious snacks and coffee upon arrival, luxurious bath products, and new beach chairs and umbrella for lovely trips to the beach, just to name a few. I didn't want to leave and would book this property again!

Amazing Casa Coco

This property, hands down, is one of the best ever!! Immaculate home!! My hubby and I stayed here to celebrate our 19th wedding anniversary!! We had the most amazing time. The backyard is a tropical oasis. Tranquil, serene, private, clean & beautiful!! The manager, Mary has every single detail covered. She even had fresh flowers and fresh fruit upon our arrival!! Mary is responsive, courteous & professional!! The home is excellently taken care of. Don't think about it, book this property and enjoy!! Truly one of Palm Beach's finest!! A gem!!

Best Stay Ever!!

Wow!! Words cannot express the beauty and serenity of Coco Casa!! Every single toiletry you can imagine is provided for your personal use. The kitchen is fully stocked with more items and seasonings than I have in my own house! From the front door to the hot tub this property is exceptional. We were absolutely over the moon with the tropical landscaping! I noticed everything and even the trees have had the coconuts removed as an additional measure of safety! I cannot say enough good things about our stay! Mary is an outstanding hostess and Vrbo needs extra stars for her kindness and making sure our Anniversary weekend was the best ever! We will definitely return to Coco Casa!

Palm Beach Perfection

This classic Adobe style home exceeded all of our expectations. The home itself is lovely and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well equipped and the towels, beds and linens were all top quality. The backyard pool, tiki room (with day bed!) and hot tub only accuentated a wonderful stay. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. Also, everything we wanted was quite convenient to this location. We would return in an instant! But, the best thing about this property were the homeowners and the manner in which that handled every detail of our visit. They were quick to respond and made it obvious they were available for anything we needed but respected our privacy throughout our stay. This was as pleasant of a vacation experience as we could have hoped! Thank you for your hospitality and use if your gorgeous home. Craig & Renee

Beautiful Oasis with all the Amenities

Due to hurricane Irma, my partner and I had to cancel our vacation to St. Maartin, and find a new rental property with short notice. We were very lucky to find Casa Coco as our replacement. Our original goal was to find a private, peaceful getaway, to unplug from work, and relax. This properly did not disappoint. The heated swimming pool, tiki hut, hammock and tree covered back yard provided everything we were looking for with privacy and comfort. Since we both love to cook, we both found the kitchen to be well equipped, and the outside patio with grill perfect for our cooking needs. The owner, Mary, was very accommodating and willing to help if we had any questions. We're both very interested in trying one of her other properties after this enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a tropical getaway with privacy.

5 Stars is not enough!

We stayed for a week and attended a nearby conference. Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The house is fantastic. It's clean and has everything you need. The beds and all the furniture is quality and comfortable. The hosts are kind, professional, responsive and extremely helpful. They answered any question we had quickly and thoroughly. They even provided local recommendations that were spot on. The only concern we had when booking the house, was it only having one shower. When we arrived we learned that there is a fully equipped and private outdoor shower. It was so nice I didn't even use the inside shower all week! The backyard feels like paradise and showering out there is an added bonus to our stay. I told my wife we are installing one when we get home. :) If this house fits your needs, book it and don't look back!

Beautiful, perfect, enchanting home

Wow, Mary, we just cannot thank you enough for allowing us to stay in your home. This was our first visit to Palm Beach and your home made us want to come back again and again. The decor was beautiful: sophisticated without being fussy, and simultaneously beautiful and comfortable - two things that often are not present together in a home. We flew to Palm Beach from Philadelphia, so we did not have sheets, towels, etc. Mary had every single thing we could have possibly needed, including a crib for our 2-year old. The pool was pristine: perfectly kept, not a speck of algae in site. The deck, cabana and hot tub were beautiful. The kitchen has spices, a Keurig, coffee, all the little things that make a home feel like a home when it is not your own. The towels were so soft, the bathrooms were impeccably clean. The linens felt like hotel linens. Truthfully, I just cannot say enough nice, positive, encouraging things about this property. My husband and I have 4 children (only 1 with us on this trip) and we almost exclusively travel VRBO because it's just easier. This is one of the few homes that we were sad to leave and promised each other that we would return. Thank you Mary and your wonderful family for sharing this home with us. It was the oasis that my husband and I desperately needed away from our hectic lives. We left Palm Beach feeling refreshed and connected; in large part, due to Casa Coco. Sending the warmest wishes and sincerest thanks from Philadelphia....
