About this property

30 Day Minimum Stay Fabulous Riverfront Home in Opryland… Pure Magic….Private..

No smokers... no pets.... Enjoy our beautiful home on the Cumberland River. The views are fantastic. Our home has been photographed for the television show 'Nashville' and Robert Redford's team when he was filming his movie here. Three bedrooms, two baths, five new televisions, DVD players, Free WiFi, 750 square foot split deck overlooking the river. There is a privacy fence and frog pond and large yard overlooking the river. This is a two-story home. The furniture is very comfortable. We are 15 minutes from downtown Nashville where you can enjoy Tootsie's, The Wildhorse Saloon, Bridgestone Arena, Printer's Alley and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The Grand Ole Opry, Opryland Hotel, Opry Mills Mall and General Jackson showboat are right down the road. Enjoy watching the General Jackson showboat come down the river. The neighborhood is full of trees and nature. We have birds, deer, turtles and Canadian geese that come down our street. The birds are magnificent and the fireflies are a scene to behold. This home is magical and serene. We call this Songwriter's Paradise for a reason. It exemplifies the meaning of Serenity on the River and brings out the best of Nashville. We are twenty minutes from the Nashville Airport, Music Row, the Nashville Zoo and the wonderful Parthenon, which is really spectacular. Enjoy watching the river flow from our second story river room, which is perfect to snuggle up, read a book and watch the river roll by. There is a desk for writing as you look at the river. Every room has a view. There is a boat launch one block away and a park for children to play. We hope you experience our Purple Moon River House. We have central heat and air, a washer/dryer, microwave oven, electric stove and oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster oven, blender, toaster, juicer and popcorn maker available for your use. This is a private
fenced-in home with tons of privacy for you to enjoy yourself. You can sit on the swing outside on the banks of the river and watch the barges roll by. The downstairs bedroom has a California king-sized bed. The bedrooms upstairs have one queen-sized bed in a loft style bedroom and one bedroom with a
full-sized bed. The couch is fabulous and leans back for reclining. There are recliner chairs downstairs and up in the River Room upstairs. This home is comfortable and clean with one bathtub/shower unit in the downstairs bedroom and one large shower in the large bathroom off the kitchen. Even the bathrooms have views of the river. No smokers allowed. No pets, please.
