This property was great! Wonderful location close to all of West Sedona & fantastic view from nearly every window. We loved the huge open living room & comfortable furniture. Dustin was also the most responsive host I’ve ever worked with & so nice & flexible. You won’t regret booking a stay here!

Clean, comfy, well stocked home (extra blankets, towels, kitchen gear). Loved the clean hot tub, the view and the communication from the host was excellent and quick response time. We're there for an off-site elopement and had our first look out in the back and will always remember our stay here.

We had a great trip at this home. There were 6 of us - 2 younger kids and grandparents. Plenty of room to spread out. The hot tub and stargazing, with the fire pit and view of the red rocks was amazing. It's a private backyard, although closer to the street noise, it still felt quiet and secluded. All the amenities we needed, games, stocked kitchen, fireplace, smart tv. Beds were comfortable. Host was very helpful and very responsive, giving us recommendations and helping throughout our stay. Would recommend!

Spectacular house, location and hosts. Beds were comfortable, kitchen contained everything we needed and the bathrooms were spacious. The views of the red rocks were stunning. The house was located close to great hikes, food and day spas. The hosts have thought of everything needed: park pass, lots of Sedona hike and activities books, two bikes, backpacks, laundry facilities, games, and hot tub and BBQ. Hosts are awesome ! I unhesitatingly recommend it.

Finally, a Vrbo that is what it advertises to be

A lot like Internet dating, I frequently find that the reality of a VRBO rental is not as good as the photo ads. This one exceeded all expectations. It’s a 10/10. Everything was perfect. The beds were wonderful excellent supplies, fully fenced yard and the most gorgeous sit down of you you could ever ask for Best VRBO experience we’ve ever had.
