This freshly refurbished home has everything you need, including a flat driveway, an attached two-car garage, and a covered walkway to ensure your entry is hassle-free after a big snowfall. Elements Snow Removal service is already set up for the season and included. New hardwood and heated floors, along with new appliances, give you all the modern creature comforts in a rustic classic A-frame home. The perfect amount of sunlight fills the living room which also has a classic wood-burning stove with plenty of wood on hand. Provided with rental are 2 guest passes that can accommodate up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner amenities like; alpine skiing at the Tahoe Donner mountain, world-class cross-country skiing, snow play area, large fitness center with hot tub, classes, and more!

Everything we needed

The property was in good condition with all the necessities plus more. The beds are super comfy and there are lots of lovely blankets for those cold nights. We felt so at home that we didn’t want to leave. One advantage of the property is that it sits at higher elevation than Truckee. During our stay it made a big difference as the weather was mild and often rainy at lower level, but we got to enjoy more snow on the ground and nicer outlook with snow covered trees. On top of that, the host was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend Rudy’s place to friends and family. We hope to return one day.
