Lovely Chalet style home on the 16th fairway of Tahoe Donner golf course. Three bedrooms/ two bath in the main house. Great room with gas fireplace and open floor plan, double sliders opening to back deck with hot tub and BBQ for easy entertaining with fairway view. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen, dinning area, and game loft. Newer mudroom and covered walkway connected to garage. This home has easy access to Northwoods to take advantage of all the Tahoe Donner public amenities.

Year lease or ski lease only available starting October 1, 2025! Utilities, snow plow and end of lease cleaning fees not included in monthly base rent for ski lease/ annual lease.

Owner reserves private ADU over garage with separate entrance and one parking spot in garage
