The building has an elevator and wheelchair ramp. 2 parking spaces will be included .with off street parking There are many places to walk you do not need car This condo is on 10th Street, and you cannot beat the location in downtown Ocean City Maryland. Situated 2 blocks from the famous Ocean City boardwalk and beach and other downtown attractions!! We are also within walking distance to various shops and restaurants. Next to the White Marlin Pier. This property is also NON-SMOKING and NO PETS are ALLOWED. Sorry for any inconvenience.

We had 3 generations on vacation and had a wonderful time. The condo was large and spread out so no one was on top of each other. It was a quick walk to the boardwalk and beach. We can’t say enough about the relaxing beautiful bay view!

Just make sure you know that you need to bring your own sheets, bath soap, toiletries, paper towels, etc. Otherwise property is beautiful and in prime location.

We had a fantastic stay this past week. The condo was clean, cool, great water pressure, beautiful bay views from the balcony, and clean pool. Check-in and check-out was smooth and easy. The host answered questions promptly through text and phone calls. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back!

Beautiful view, clean and spacious. It would have been nice to have had some board games, puzzles, books, etc which you normally find in vacation rentals to play in the evenings or for the day it stormed, keeping us inside. We also would have appreciated some beach gear to use during the stay - at least some chairs. This was the first time renting in OC so perhaps it’s not a norm to provide those types of things. But overall, I’d rent again for sure!

Air conditioner was broken when we got there and it was extremely hot in the unit and outside Saturday and Sunday. Air conditioner was fixed by Sunday evening. There was no access to the said storage room. Communication with the owner was slow in response. No compensation was offered for our inconvenience other than he said we could stay an extra day, which didn't fit in our vacation plans. The condo itself was very nice and clean. The view from the balcony was beautiful and relaxing. The parking was convenient.

This was a beautiful property. Very clean when we checked in . Only issue was there were no carts for our luggage so we made multiple trips to the unit. Once we got settled in it was smooth sailing. Would definitely stay again!!
