Newly rebuilt cottage on the Barton River with Trout fishing. Stroll through organic gardens with a small seasonal farmstand and chickens for fresh daily eggs. After your daily adventures, sit a chair in the crystal clear river in the back yard to relax at your home base. Table chairs and fire pit at the river. Grocery, restaurants, Ice Cream Stands and Crystal Lake within 1/2 mile, all in a fully walking quaint VT town. Lake Willoughby beach and it's hiking trails 7 miles. Barton Fairgrounds end of the street for Fair fun and regular horse pulls. Located between Jay Peak and Burke Mtn for winter fun/skiing. Orleans & Barton Golf within 10 minutes.
