Spectacular Ocean View

Beautiful condo well stocked for monthly stay. W/D in unit convenient. Kitchen awesome. Ocean view from kitchen counter as well as from master bedroom, living and dining area. Liked balcony furniture so comfortable. Owner always available if I had questions. If I return to this area would definitely rent again.

Did not meet expectations!

Older unit. Many things in disrepair or missing. Kitchen was well equipped and clean. Way too much decor which looked somewhat outdated. Compared to other offerings on Hutchinson Island this was a disappointing stay. We left a week early and left money on the table. Door wall screen never worked.

Thank you for your feedback Patti, the unit was exactly as the pictures including all the decor. Your husband mentioned several times of many things needed for repair but when asked he would never elaborate until he said you were leaving a week earlier and said he took care of it and requested a refund but never provided proof of any repairs or pictures when asked for them.
