Hang out on the oversized sofa in the living room, or step through the glass doors onto the private deck where you can enjoy canal views. When hunger arises, utilize the well-equipped kitchen's updated appliances to whip up something truly delicious. Off this space, you will also have access to a private washer/dryer.

Before the day ends, be sure to get a swim in at the outdoor bayfront pool and host a barbecue with the help of the charcoal grill. A good night's rest will come effortlessly as you tuck under the high-quality linens available in each bedroom.

No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
