Clean and as Advertised

Great place! It was clean when we arrived and there were no surprises. The photos in the ad are accurate in their presentation of the cottage and area. One small quibble is that the PaddleBoard is not easy to inflate so if you want good watercraft be prepared to bring your own. We had bad weather but the cottage was nice and cozy and we relaxed and read and ate and drank. Thanks!

A beautiful view

Our stay at Black Donald Escape was actually perfect. The cottage itself was modern and cozy with all the required amenities. It actually exceeded our expectations from the ad. The cottage located on the south side of a peninsula, faces a small picturesque bay with no sight lines of other cottages. The view is beautiful. Swimming off the dock was great, a campfire on the shoreline was set each night, the mature trees surrounding the south facing deck provided enough shade to enjoy hours of relaxing outdoors. We hope to return.
