Encountered issues during our stay but it’s a very nice place
Checking in was very easy and smooth. When we arrived it was after 11pm and the room was quite cold. I was not sure if there wasn’t heat at all for if it wasn’t on. We didn’t feel comfortable contacting the owner so late so we bundled up. Also, the majority of the outlets did not work so we couldn’t charge our phones unless they were hooked up in the bathroom.
The next morning, my fiancé had an important work call to take before we began our day. The WiFi was not working. We had just come back from breakfast and had 30 minutes before his call. Again we couldn’t call the owners because we knew the call was starting soon. He used my hotspot which worked well enough. The owner let me know later while we were gone that there was a WiFi issue and a breaker issue that was now resolved. We came back late that night and the same issues were happening again: no outlets working, no heat, no WiFi.
It’s a nice place, we just unfortunately ran into many issues that made our trip more difficult than it needed to be. The place is also in a campground, which isn’t a problem but the neighbors were up talking outside pretty late into the night.
