Weekend stay for local event

We came to Sioux Falls for the NXR Regional Race and to stay near Yankton Park and close to the downtown area. I found Andrew's listing after searching for weeks and debating between a hotel and a VRBO. The cost for the house was less than a hotel and included the entire home-including a garage to park, which was perfect. The home was nicely decorated, had ample sleeping space and places to relax (downstairs rec room and outside hot tub and patio area) which was nice since there were adults and teens. The kitchen had new appliances, pans, dishes, etc. and we were able to prepare meals without the expense of going out to eat. The beds were comfortable, and we rested well. Andrew was amazing with communication from before the booking through our entire stay and check out. When another teammates family's hotel reservation fell through due to flooding, he was more than gracious to let them come stay at the house with my mom and I and there was plenty of room for everyone. It was a great stay!
