This is a beautiful property with a great outdoor space for hosting. It had everything we needed and more. No street parking but there is a lot right next door so was not an issue.

Great Stay at Hillside

The house was great for a multi generational family vacation with plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked with many unexpected extras like spices, cooking spray, foil, baggies and equipment such as crock pots and other things. Several pool towels provided as well. The pool was always cool and refreshing! Beds were comfortable and the house stayed cool. Red Sands management team members were always helpful and quick to respond. We will definitely return if we come back to visit Zion/Bryce area!

The house was amazing! We had a wonderful time and I thought every space was so well thought out a carefully stocked. Proximity to pool and pickleball, the back yard, the extra space in the garage! Had a question for the management and they responded so quickly. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family getaway

The house was perfect for two families. We had the kids share the bunk room And adults took the primary rooms. Plenty of bathroom space too. The game room and toys were a hit. We loved the community pool too. The house was clean, well stocked and response time was immediate. Definitely recommend!

Love all the space, full size rooms for plenty of adults, hot tub, swim spa, game room, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen! Really just the perfect space with all the extras you could think of!

10/10 experience. Everything with this home is top notch. Cleanliness, activities, rooms, comfort, etc, easily the best house anyone in our group has stayed at before. Only negative was not being able to stay at the property for a longer period of time. If we're ever back in the area, this will be the first thing we try and lock in for our trip!

12 guys had a great stay for a golf vacation...very well equipped home and quite comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple of air mattresses available. Great experience overall!

We love this place and everything was great except the trash bins were completely full when we arrived. That is super inconvenient with a big group like ours who likes to cook. Everything else was perfect, the hot tubs, the outdoor kitchen. Otherwise 5 out of 5
