Was a great location for our stay, near publix and some restaurants and about 18 minutes to Lakeland Linder Airport. Joshua was very responsive when there was a question or issue and checked in periodically to make sure we were enjoying our stay and if we needed anything.

We absolutely loved our stay at Lakeland House! It was the perfect spot for our family to gather clean, spacious, and in a fantastic location. The pool and lanai with tv, was a huge hit and made our trip extra special. It was nice that they had all the stuff for us to cook, and even laundry stuff and liked the toiletries…nice touch. The host was so kind and provided great information throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and recommend. Big thank you for everything!

My group of 8 adults really enjoyed the property. Everything we needed was available in the house. Only recommendation is changing the advertised 5 bedrooms to 5 beds available in the home. There are only 3 bedrooms. Otherwise, love the location between Orlando and Streamsong for us golfers!

The reason it didn’t get full five is because it’s listed as 5 bedroom sleeps 10 which is not true. It has 3 bedrooms 1 office with see through glass doors and the living room is also listed as a bedroom. We had 4 people who needed their own space so we got by but the living room is not a bedroom. Other than that the property was nice, there were tons of supplies and the attention to detail was great, lights labeled, waters in the fridge and more. If you only need 3 rooms I’d highly recommend it. The owner accommodated a change in our schedule which he didn’t have to do. He was also very easy to contact and responded quickly. It was a great place in a nice area.

While the saltwater pool was certainly the highlight for our family, the house was spacious and comfortable, the kitchen well-equipped, and the host was amazingly responsive. One concern before the trip was whether a wheelchair would be able to make it through the front door. While that ended up not being a problem, Josh purchased a ramp for the front door anyway and was responsive to our questions leading up to and during the trip. We will definitely hope to stay here again when we visit family in the area.
