Covered deck offers privacy and seclusion after a day of surfing. The space is open plan centered around a large living room and adding dining room. We found this magical property on one of our deep dives into the real estate rabbit hole. The proximity to the ocean and beautiful Delray Beach area were the immediate draw. Now we have fallen in love with the little street and friendly and safe community.

What makes this property unique

It is an "Old Florida" style home with all the bells and whistles of a new build. The design is out of a magazine and the sound of the ocean is the perfect backdrop beneath the fans on the covered back deck. Lots of open space and room to spread out for a large family.
