Warm 3 BR house w/ fenced yard close to everything

Charming and historic 3-bedroom home with a fenced backyard and off-street parking, accommodating up to 8 guests. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, featuring an updated kitchen, formal dining room, and cozy living room. Conveniently located just a short drive from the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame, MGM Casino, Dr. Seuss Museum, Titanic Museum, Springfield Armory, MassMutual Center, Six Flags, The Big E, and several colleges/hospitals. This is an entire house—no shared spaces.

All three of the main bedrooms are on the second floor accessible by a wide and easy turn staircase. The primary bedroom features a king bed with smart TV, bedroom two has a queen bed and smart TV, and the third bedroom features a trundle-style day bed with two separate twin beds. The second floor also features a full bathroom with tub and shower just a few steps from all three bedrooms.

There is also a fourth 'bonus' bedroom/office on the ground floor with a queen-sized futon bed.

The formal dining room has table and chairs for six people and the living room has a comfy pull-out sofa (queen) that sleeps two bringing the total sleeping capacity to 8 people. There is also a three-season room in front of house facing the scenic tree-lined road. There is also a full bath on the first floor just off the living room.

This house has both historic charm and modern amenities and is the perfect place for either a quick visit or a long term stay. There is lots of room for everyone in your group and all their gear and we will provide everything from clean sheets to a coffee machine to multiple smart TVs with Wifi for all your guests.

You’ll have access to the entire house. This house has three bedrooms, each of which has either a king bed or a queen bed. There’s also a pullout sofa in the living room, as well as a futon in the office/extra room. Information on how access the house will be shared a few days before arrival.

We enjoyed our stay at this adorable home. Loved that it was cozy and on a quiet street. Close to restaurants and stores. Communication was very good with the owners. Having the fenced yard for our pup was great she enjoyed being able to run about. Loved the king size bed and the AC was perfect for those hot days. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Very comfortable home for my family. Easy access to sights in Springfield. Lots of space to hang out, appreciated all of the extra towels and blankets. Kitchen could use some newer cookware- if you are looking to cook meals. Otherwise great!

Samantha and James were great hosts, on top of all communication with answers to any questions. It was a spacious house, in a great neighborhood, surrounded by terrific restaurants. Just a few tweaks would make it a 5 star stay.

Thank you so much for your review and for the kind words about our communication and the neighborhood — we’re so glad Larry and the rest of the group enjoyed their stay. We always appreciate feedback and take it seriously, though we’d like to clarify a few details. Camille booked the reservation but did not stay in the home herself. She I relaying this review on behalf of her husband and his guests. Some of the “tweaks” mentioned privately — such as adding window treatments and updating sheets — to be clear all windows are already equipped with pull-down blinds, and the rental was equipped with all brand new sheets before this guest arrival. We also provided other new sets of sheets stored in the closets which the group also opened and used during their visit. There also seemed to be some confusion about operating our new mini-split heating and cooling system. Clear instructions for using the system are included in our detailed welcome packet in the home, which we always encourage guests to review for a smooth and comfortable stay. We truly do our best to provide a great experience for every guest, though we understand that sometimes it’s impossible to meet everyone’s individual preferences. We feel these above points don’t quite reflect an 8 out of 10 experience. That said, we’re always open to constructive feedback and appreciate the opportunity to keep improving. We’re glad the group had an overall positive stay.
