Family Stay

The property is as advertised. If you have a lot of people that just needs a place to sleep and collect yourseves, this is a wonderful place fir the price. The owner is a pleasure to work with and very responsive. Also met some of the neighbors and it is reassuring that they all watch out for one another.

Mixed review

The house was clean, the beds are comfortable, and Rose responded quickly. However, there was no heat in one bedroom and though Rose immediately tried to address the problem, it didn’t get fixed. We asked for a refund for that room only for two nights (on the third night she provided a space heater) but she refused. Not all of the bedrooms have bedside tables or bedside lamps and there was broken furniture with a sign saying not to use it. There are no racks to hang towels. The radiator pipes clang throughout the night, but the neighborhood was generally quiet.

Lots of room in clean well equipped home

we had 11 folks from 2-72 years of age and the place worked great. Rose was a great communicator and her place was clean, quiet and well equipped ie, cookware, appliances, tableware, a great clothes iron etc. lots of stores, restaurants etc nearby as is a great park but most not in walking distance. Thanks Rose!
