It’s a cozy place to stay in Malibu. Monika was super sweet and replied quickly to answer the inquiries. Nice town around. Farmers market tight next to the condo would be a good choice if you’re visiting on Sunday.

Check in was a breeze, the host had messaged and mentioned it was ready for us a couple hours before 4:00. Kitchen was fully stocked and clean. Wifi access was great. Beautiful condo, well decorated with a great patio. Location was stellar, right in the heart of Malibu with fantastic shopping, grocery stores and many dining options within a minute drive. 10/10 !

Perfect place for out visit

This was a perfect place for our visit with our granddaughter. The location was excellent and close to everything in Malibu. Monika was very helpful and responsive. We enjoyed having being there and would stay again.

Beautiful space to share the Thanksgiving holiday week. Our family visited our eldest son at Pepperdine who couldn’t come home to Indiana due to basketball schedule. The house was clean, smelled amazing and was well-equipped to cook even a large holiday meal. We especially appreciated the air purifiers, beach chairs, surf board and air mattress. We loved the office space and were actually able to print off a one-page document we needed in a pinch. The location was perfect for us. Our older kids could walk to grab coffee, lunch or something from the grocery store or pharmacy. They took walks to the beach as well.Everything was lovely and even better than expected. Monika was a great host—easy to work with, responsive, welcoming, accommodating and helpful. We would definitely stay again and felt the property was an overall good value for the price.

Malibu Wedding Weekend

We rented this property for family coming to Malibu for the wedding. The apartment was lovely, light and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy- we always got an immediate response. Her directions were very clear for access and she kindly offered us a late check out without us even asking. She was lovely to work with. The location is central to everything in this part of Malibu. I highly recommend staying here.

Monika has appointed this lovely 2 en suites bedroom apartment with everything needed and so much more. It’s obvious to the guest that she leads with love and it shows in all the details throughout. Staying here is like being treated to a guest house of a dear friend . More than expected…and so appreciated!

Beyond imagination

I walked into the apartment to the smell of incense, music playing on the TV, and a bottle of wine with two glasses waiting on the entry table. The only thing more I could have wanted was the dog lovingly greeting me at the door. Perfect property. Will stay again!!!

BEST bachelorette stay ever

Monika is the most amazing and thoughtful host! She is communicative, flexible, and even left a hand written note for our group upon arrival as we celebrated our dear friend’s bachelorette weekend. The unit is EXACTLY as pictured, it is so spacious and fit 5 women comfortably. 12/10 would recommend, and I can’t wait to come back soon! It is central to all the best things in Malibu, the beach, and the best shops! Such a great listing!!

Perfect Stay!

The property could not have been more perfect! Close to everything Mailbu has to offer. It was great to be so close to hiking, beach, shopping and restaurants. This was a girls getaway/Pepperdine University reunion and it was wonderful to have a cozy place to be together, share memories and laughter. Our host, Monika was great! She was communicative and welcoming and genuinely wanted our stay to be what it was... perfect. Cannot recommend enough. Will definitely be back. :)
