A casa tem um espaço externo agradável à exceção da churrasqueira que é péssima. A conservação do imóvel é precária com várias camas sem colchões minimamente confortáveis, praticamente no estrado. O fogão e o filtro de água precisam de troca.

Comfortable house

The whole family loved and greatly enjoyed the place. Unfortunately, the young crowd in the neighboring house were too noisy until late hours, which caused distress. And, also unfortunately, one of the fridges broke twice, the toaster also broke, the dishwasher did not work. These last were just little things in comparison with the noise. But overall we had a great time together and great response from the owner and the helper.

Foi um fds maravilhoso entre amigos, a casa é enorme, aconchegante, pertinho da praia, ficamos bem à vontade, tivemos apenas um contratempo por causa de um chuveiro que não esquentou e com colchões, faltaram lugares para dormir.. de resto tudo perfeito!!! Obrigada pela estadia Gustavo!

Ótima casa bem arejada, muito agradável e aconchegante, embora não seja nova nem luxuosa, muito bem conservada. Área interna ampla com sala de 2 ambientes, quartos e banheiros espaçosos e confortáveis. Área externa imensa com gramado bem cuidado, com escorregador, balanço e pula-pula, boa área de churrasco e ótima piscina aquecida. Situado num condomínio tranquilo com ótima segurança e estrutura com shopping, supermercado, farmácias e restaurantes. Apesar do período de inverno aproveitamos a praia com bom tempo e muito sol e principalmente a excelente piscina aquecida. Agradecimentos ao Sr. Gustavo (proprietário) pela atenção e ao Sr. Douglas e Sra. Nelci pelo suporte e atenção.

A casa pode oferecer conforto, bem estar e laser para todos da família. Tem uma área externa com um grande e lindo jardim, piscina bem cuidada,, churrasqueira, grande varanda com redes, mesas e cadeiras bem decoradas. Os proprietários são muito gentis, a funcionária que eles recomendaram( Renata) é ótima e tudo correu melhor q esperávamos. A casa nos proporcionou tudo que esperávamos.

Passamos uma semana maravllhosa no final do ano de 2014 e, realmente a casa tem tudo o que apresenta. Muito confortável, tudo muito bem cuidado. Recomendo de olhos fechados. Pertissimo da praia. As crianças adoraram a piscina e o pula-pula. Tinha absolutamente tudo na casa. Voltaremos em 2015 com certeza

Casa maravilhosa na Riviera

Excelente casa na Riviera, passamos o Natal com os meus familiares e foi maravilhoso. Casa muito espaçosa e aconchegante, curtimos muito a piscina e as crianças no pula-pula e é próximo a praia. O proprietário Gustavo, muito atencioso e correto, fez questão que fossemos visitar a casa, antes do fechamento do contrato. Recomendo a todos, vale muito a pena tanto que já reservamos para o Natal 2015 novamente. Valeu Gustavo!
